When there are eight brushes in the cupboard, it actually gets replaced after six weeks. That is what decides whether the brush works.

Which year pack should I choose?
The Year Pack is for one person for a year: eight brushes and the rest of the routine once. The Duo Pack is for two, with twelve brushes, two tongue scrapers and makeup pads. The Household Pack is for the whole home with sixteen brushes — or for two people who would rather not think about it for a year and a half.
Don't the toothbrushes go bad while they wait?
No. They sit dry in their card boxes and take no harm. It's the use that wears the bristles, not the time in the cupboard.
Can we have both horsehair and vegan in the same pack?
Not in one pack — you choose one bristle type for the whole pack. If you want both, take the Pair Pack alongside it, where there are four of each.
Are there pre-order items in the packs?
No. The electric toothbrush, the replacement heads and the kids' toothbrushes are not included — everything in the year packs is in stock and ships straight away.
What does shipping cost?
39 kr on orders under 300 kr, and free shipping from 300 kr and up. All three year packs are far over the threshold, so your delivery is free.
What if I change my mind?
Send the pack back within 30 days and get your money back — even if you've opened it and used a brush. On top of that you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year warranty against defects.
