Returns & Refunds
At SELVA you have a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
Unused items
- The item can be returned in its original, unopened packaging
- Email support@selva.dk with your order number and we'll arrange the return — we'll give you the address in our reply
- Once we receive the item, we refund you within 3-5 business days
Already tried the brush?
Then don't send it back. For hygiene reasons a used toothbrush can't be resold, and return shipping would just be packaging and CO2 spent on something that becomes waste anyway. Email us at support@selva.dk and tell us what didn't work — we'll find a solution, and you keep the brush.
Right of withdrawal
You always have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. It applies regardless of the above.
Right of complaint
You have a 2-year right of complaint under EU consumer law. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we of course cover the return shipping. Contact us at support@selva.dk with photos of the fault.
Refunds
Refunds always go back to the card you paid with. We never send refunds by bank transfer, and we never ask for your account number.
