What is the difference between the three bundles?
The Trial Pack is floss, picks and the tongue scraper — the easiest way to try us out. The Mouth Pack adds four toothbrushes, so the whole mouth routine is covered. The Whole Bathroom is everything we make right now, including cotton buds and makeup pads.
Can I swap a product out of the bundle?
Not in the bundle itself — it is put together in advance, and that is why the price can be lower. But you can add individual products to your cart alongside it.
Horsehair or vegan?
Horsehair is medium and our most tested — take it if you are in doubt. The vegan one is the soft choice, with bristles of bamboo fibre: for sensitive gums, or if you want to avoid animal products entirely. Both are completely free of nylon.
How long does a bundle last?
The Trial Pack about two months. The Mouth Bundle and The Whole Bathroom about half a year for one person, because four toothbrushes are included.
When will it arrive?
Five to ten days with track and trace. Shipping is 39 kr under 300 kr and free from 300 kr — the Mouth Pack and The Whole Bathroom are both over the threshold. There are no pre-order items in the packs.
What if I don't like it?
Send the bundle back within 30 days and get your money back — even if you have opened and used the things. On top of that you have 14 days' right of withdrawal and a 2-year right to complain.
